List IDFW status for Transport Nodes in a Compute Collection

This API will list all transport node and statuses based on idfw enabled
compute collection ID.
This API is available when using VMware Cloud (AWS, Dell-EMC, Outpost, Hyperscalers) or VMware NSX-T.
