Enable the MOB on ESXi 6.0 and Later Systems

You can use the vSphere Web Client to enable the MOB.

Procedure

Select the host in the vSphere Web Client and go to Advanced System Settings.

Find Config.HostAgent.plugins.solo.enableMob and enable the MOB.

While a password is required to access the MOB, consider the security implications of enabling it.
