Change the Name or Description of an Existing VDC
An administrator can update an existing virtual datacenter to change its name or description.
Prerequisites

This operation requires the rights included in the predefined Organization Administrator role or an equivalent set of rights.
- Retrieve the VDC whose
name or description you want to change. If you don't know the URL of the VDC,
you can use a query like this one to retrieve a list of references all VDCs in
your organization.

Procedure
Example: Change the Name and Description of an Existing VDC
This example changes the name and description of the VDC created in Create a VDC From a Template.
