List transport nodes by realized state (Deprecated)

Returns a list of transport node states that have realized state as provided
as query parameter. This api is now deprecated. Please use new api -
/infra/sites/<site-id>/enforcement-points/<enforcementpoint-
id>/host-transport-nodes/state
