A shaper that specifies ingress rate properties in Mb/s

burst_size Burst size in bytes

The burst duration is set in the burst size setting. int Minimum: 0

peak_bandwidth Peak bandwidth in Mb/s

The peak bandwidth rate is used to support burst traffic. int Minimum: 0

resource_type Must be set to the value IngressRateLimiter string Required
