Hosts

Many of the operations in your vSphere environment involve setting up the ESXi hosts on which the virtualization layer runs. You can set up storage (see Storage) and networking (see vSphere Networks), and those settings directly affect the virtual machine. You must also manage other aspects of the host, as discussed in this chapter.
