VMware Workbench IS 3.5 is now 64-bit
The physical host running your virtualization platform (VMware Workstation, VMware Fusion or vSphere) must support 64-bit code execution.
If you can't boot up VMware Workbench IS 3.5 upon installation, try the following workaround:
Some servers that include CPUs with support for Virtualization Technology (VT) ship with VT disabled by default. If this is the case for your computer, you must enable it manually. Perform the following steps to manually enable the VT:

During the boot process, press F12 to enter System Setup.

Select the check box Virtualization Support > Virtualization > Enable Intel Virtualization Technology.

Select the check box Virtualization Support > VT for Direct I/O > Enable Intel VT for Direct I/O.

Click Apply and click Exit to reboot.
