vcenter deployment: standalone psc spec

The standalone_psc_spec structure contains information used to configure a standalone PSC appliance. This structure was added in vSphere API 6.7

Optional. If unset, default-first-site will be used.
sso_domain_name string The SSO domain name to be used to configure this appliance. This attribute was added in vSphere API 6.7

Optional. If unset, vsphere.local will be used.
